- Visiting our office at least twice a year for your professional cleanings (more often if it is determined necessary)
- Not smoking
- Eating a variety of nutritious foods including plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables
- Drinking plenty of water
- Reducing stress
- Avoiding clenching or grinding your teeth (we can help!)
